Ingredients:
Green Chili- 1, chopped
Ginger Paste- 1 teaspoon
Ginger Paste- 1 teaspoon
Grated Corn- ¾ Cup
Turmeric powder- ¼ teaspoon
Besan or gram flour- 2 cups
Salt- to taste
Chat Masala- ¼ teaspoon
Coriander leaves- To garnish
Recipe
Step-1 Take a large bowl Add 2 cups of Gram flour Add Grated Corn to it
Step-2 Now add turmeric powder, Ginger paste,Green chilli, Chat Masala and Salt
Step-3 Mix it well and keep it aside for 10 mins
Step-4 Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat for deep frying
Step-5 Drop this mixture using your fingers to make small Fritters
Step-6 Deep fry it until its crisy
Serve hot with green chilli chutney or Tomato Sauce and garnish it with onion rings and chopped coriander ❤
