Grilled Tandoori Chicken
Tandoori chicken is the most famous dish among chicken lovers! Tandoori Chicken is marinated in yogurt, lemon juice, and spice mixture tandoori masala and then grilled
So lets make this mouth-watering restaurant style tandoori chicken!

Prep Time- 45 minutes-1 hour
Ingredients:
5 Large pieces of Chicken
For Marinade-
Thick yoghurt - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Kasoori methi powder - ¼ tsp
Red chilly powder - ½ tsp
Chicken masala powder - ¼ tsp
Coriander powder - ½ tsp
Cumin powder - ¼ tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chat masala powder - ¼ tsp
Garam masala powder - ½ tsp
Ghee / oil / butter - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1tsp
Method
Clean and wash chicken pieces
Make small slits in these chicken pieces
Take it into a large bowl
Add lemon juice and salt
Keep it aside for 10 minutes
Take a fresh bowl
Add Thick yoghurt, Red chilli powder,Turmeric powder, Kasoori methi powder,
Chicken masala powder, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, Chat masala powder,
Garam masala powder, Ginger garlic paste and salt.
Mix it well to make a thick paste.
Now coat the chicken in this marinade gently
Cover it and keep it in a cold place for 30-40 mins to marinade properly
